Abstract

The rapid expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technology has introduced new challenges in securing data transmission while maintaining efficiency. Traditional encryption methods often struggle to adapt to the dynamic and resource-constrained nature of IoT networks. This paper proposes an AI-driven adaptive encryption framework that enhances blockchain-based IoT security by dynamically adjusting encryption parameters based on network conditions, device capabilities, and threat levels. Leveraging machine learning algorithms, the system continuously analyzes real-time data to optimize encryption strength, ensuring robust security while minimizing computational overhead. Additionally, the integration of blockchain enhances data integrity, providing a tamper-resistant and trustless environment. Our approach enables scalable, energy-efficient, and intelligent encryption mechanisms tailored to IoT ecosystems. Experimental evaluations demonstrate significant improvements in security, processing efficiency, and adaptability compared to conventional encryption models. This research contributes to the evolution of self-learning, autonomous security protocols for next-generation IoT-blockchain architectures.
