Economic reforms in taxation, trade, and finance play a critical role in enhancing macroeconomic stability and sustainable development in small open economies. This study adopts a case study approach to examine reform trajectories in the Kyrgyz Republic during the post-2018 to 2024 period, with particular attention to tax administration reforms, trade liberalization and regional integration, and financial sector stabilization. Drawing on official data from the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and international financial institutions, the study employs descriptive analysis supported by tables and figures. The results indicate that fiscal reforms have focused on strengthening tax compliance and revenue mobilization, trade reforms have emphasized regional connectivity and customs modernization, and financial reforms have prioritized banking stability amid external shocks. The findings highlight the importance of coordinated reforms across economic domains in enhancing resilience in transition economies.
