In paper a comprehensive analysis of the parameters identification required for a more accurate model of the Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and their subsequent use in simulator software is presented. The focus of the study is on parameter extraction from the LED model, including the key variables such as LED capacitance value, saturation current, emission coefficient, shunt resistance, and series resistance. This work showcases of practical methodology for parameter extraction that yields results closely aligned with simulation outcomes when the extracted parameters are incorporated into the simulation framework. The insights gained from this study contribute positively to the field of LED modeling and facilitate the development of more accurate LED model parameters.
